Just felt like updating with this topic as have observed a few saboteurs at work in the last 2 to 3 years. Dont know if people act or do things consciously to get other people down or if it is just a subconscious manifestation. I have learned to ignore such individuals.
Synergy is when the sum of whole system is greater than sum of its parts. Synergy is probably the next level of harmony. It is kind of obscure to determine how synergy evolves from harmony.
I have always enjoyed living in a joint family and although there have been quite a few quarrels between siblings, on the whole, I would not have been what I am today if it was not for my family. The concept of synergy applies to family as well. The whole family represents more than its individuals.
Just had observed in the last few months that whenever I used to work with certain individuals alongside me I was able to maintain a faster rate of work, mainly typing, and my concentration levels were much much better; also, it was not the case when those individuals were not present. It might be a weird observation, coincidence, but would like to think that its related to synergy.
Whenever you are with genuine people who truly care and let you be yourself, you would turn into a transformed individual.
It is one of the mysteries of life, 1 plus 1 equals 3.
